The Chairsyde project began with a collaborative discovery phase to understand the brand’s mission: to revolutionise patient communication through innovative dental consultation software. We worked closely with the Chairsyde team to refine their brand messaging, visual identity, and key exhibition objectives.
With a clear creative direction established, we designed and developed a cohesive and bespoke exhibition stand tailored to their goals, space requirements, and budget. The stand was designed to attract attention, engage visitors, and clearly communicate Chairsyde’s unique value to dental professionals.
Our team managed all aspects of production and logistics, ensuring seamless delivery and installation. From the initial concept to final handover on-site, every detail was handled with precision to deliver a compelling and memorable brand experience.
The result: a stand-out presence that reflected Chairsyde’s innovation and professionalism — delivered on time, on budget, and with impact. The stand achieved a 250% increase in high quality prospects acquired by the client, compared to the same event last year.
The stand also achieved a 544% increase in recorded visitors compared to the same event last year.
BONUS: Chairsyde achieved on-site direct sales – for the first time since their launch.
